Jackson School is a Montessori early childhood program for children 18 months to five years old, and a growth-centered elementary school, serving children from Kindergarten through Grade 6.
Jackson Elementary is rooted in Catholic values and a whole child approach. Students have access to a library, STEAM and technology spaces, a dynamic visual arts studio, world language classrooms that offer Spanish, Latin and Mandarin, athletics.
Located on a historic campus in Newton close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Washington Street, the school straddles Nonantum and West Newton. The school is accessible via public transportation from the 553, 554, 556 or 558 buses, all of which stop about a quarter of a mile from the school on Washington Street.
Jackson School is a member of the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA).
